The spreadsheet problem

Your compliance file should answer questions—not create more.

When certification data lives across tabs, folders, and inboxes, supervisors lose time and leaders inherit avoidable audit risk.

×
Renewals surface too lateExpiration dates are present, but no one sees the risk until the schedule is affected.
×
Job requirements live in people’s headsManagers manually compare employees, training records, and role requirements.
×
Audit requests become fire drillsEvery report starts with a search for the latest, trustworthy version.
TrueRyal turns those files into a managed workflowOne guided application shows what is current, what is due, and who needs action.

Best fit

Built for the first operational win.

TrueRyal Workforce is intentionally focused on manufacturers that need better control without funding a large enterprise rollout.

  • 25–250 employees
  • One primary site or business unit
  • Certification and safety training tracked in Excel today
  • A clear internal owner for the pilot
  • A willingness to standardize job requirements
Set the right expectation

Focused MVP, not a full LMS.

The current product manages workforce compliance data and assignments. It does not deliver training content, send automated emails, host documents in the cloud, or replace legal judgment.

  • Macro-free Excel application for Microsoft 365 desktop
  • Customer-controlled file storage and access
  • Designed for a guided, paid implementation
  • Future reminder, audit-log, and packaging enhancements are roadmap items
Founding-customer offer

Prove the workflow in 30 days.

The paid pilot is designed to create a measurable operational result: one trustworthy roster, standardized role requirements, visible renewal risk, and an agreed action queue.

Limited founding-customer availability. Final scope is confirmed before payment.

30-Day Founding Customer Pilot

$1,000 one-time

  • TrueRyal Workforce Manufacturing Edition license for one site
  • Company setup and roster import support
  • Job requirement configuration session
  • Two guided working sessions
  • End-of-pilot status review

Conversion offer: $1,800/year for the first site; $900/year for each additional site.

Pricing is a founding-customer offer and may change. Taxes, payment terms, support boundaries, and legal terms are finalized in the signed order.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before the first call.

Is TrueRyal Workforce a cloud application?

No. The current MVP is a professionally designed, macro-free Excel application for Microsoft 365 desktop. That keeps adoption and startup costs low while proving the workflow customers will pay for.

Does it guarantee OSHA compliance?

No software can make that guarantee. TrueRyal Workforce supports administration, record visibility, and consistent assignments. The customer remains responsible for identifying and meeting applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, and workplace requirements.

Can we import an existing roster?

Yes. The package includes a structured employee import template and a guided import screen. Pilot support includes reviewing the roster format and helping prepare the first load.

What happens during the 30-day pilot?

We confirm scope, load the employee roster, configure core job requirements, review the calculated assignment queue, and close with a status review and rollout decision.

Are email reminders and a full audit log included?

Not in the current MVP. Reminder automation, expanded audit logging, licensing, and installer improvements remain on the roadmap. The pilot is priced around the value available now.

Who owns our data?

The customer controls the workbook and its storage location. Access, backups, retention, and internal handling follow the customer’s own Microsoft 365 and file-management policies.
